Emmanuel Ikenna Ohiri is an associate with Pan-American Strategic Advisors with experience in multilateral diplomacy, development and security policy, and government advisory across the United Nations system, Capitol Hill, and Latin American institutional contexts. Emmanuel maintains an advisory relationship with Panama's Ministry of Environment, supporting the country's climate and economic diplomacy agendas at UN forums and within the development banks. He previously served as the ministry's UN Advisor during the 80th General Assembly, providing geopolitical analysis for senior officials across bilateral and multilateral engagements. He also served with the UN’s Development Coordination Office, UN-Habitat, and as an accredited NGO Representative to the UN's Economic and Social Council. Emmanuel has also worked as a Program Officer with Global Ties ABQ. In addition to his role with PASA, Emmanuel is a Public Affairs Officer with the U.S.-Africa Policy Briefing Series.

Emmanuel holds an M.A. in Global Thought from Columbia University, specializing in international political economy and development, and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of New Mexico, with a focus on global markets, governance, and security.
