Salvador Lescano is an Associate with Pan-American Strategic Advisors. He works at the intersection of international security, resilience building, and critical raw materials diplomacy. His experience living and studying in Argentina and Italy adds nuance to his analyses at a time when countries seek to diversify strategic partnerships, strengthen supply chains, and enhance their economic and energy resilience.
Salvador has worked with think tanks such as Global Americans and InSight Crime. He has also organized and moderated public discussions on Latin American affairs, including events on the opportunities and challenges of the EU–Mercosur Agreement in the context of evolving U.S. trade policy. His analyses of Latin American affairs have been featured in outlets such as The Diplomat, NACLA, EUI Ideas, and Global Americans.
Salvador is completing his master’s degree in Transnational Governance at the European University Institute (EUI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT). He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, and has working knowledge of French.
