Joseph brings over two years of federal experience in strategic intelligence with the U.S. National Ground Intelligence Center and currently serves as a Research Analyst at BlackSummit Financial Group, building on prior internships with Global Americans—where he analyzed trade and security issues in the Latin America and Caribbean region—and the World Trade Center-Kentucky, where he supported efforts to expand international commercial ties for his home state. He holds an M.A. from the University of Kentucky’s Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, where he specialized in trade developments across the Americas, and a B.A. in Intelligence and National Security Studies from Coastal Carolina University, where he was both a participant in the Cambridge Security Initiative’s International Security and Intelligence Programme and an Edgar Dyer Policy Fellow focused on U.S. policy toward Venezuela.
